OUR PROGRAMS

Top Executive Forum – CEO’s, Presidents and Owners

Fresh Ideas, New Perspectives & Solutions to Problems

Each top executive participates in a Forum Group consisting of 8 to 12 other chief executives from similarly-sized non-competing companies.

MONTHLY  MEETING

Members in Renaissance Executive Forums meet once a month for a half day.  This environment is designed to address the unique opportunities and challenges you face as a top executive.  The meeting has 3 distinct components:

Expert resource speakers or Craig will deliver an Educational Component in monthly Forum meetings.  These workshops are focused on local, national and global trends and provide overviews of new management tools and strategic concepts.  Highly interactive, they move beyond theory to practical application.
Once a year, the group will dive deep into your business through a structured process called the Focused Executive.   The practical knowledge and business experience of your fellow Executive Forum members and Craig makes them exceptional advisors.  This annual peer review process of your business will produce the perspective you need to achieve the next level.
Each month, group members have the opportunity to get feedback and fresh ideas on their most pressing issues.  This input comes as a result of a facilitated roundtable peer discussion and review.
Also included:

Once a quarter, you will meet one-on-one with Craig.  This meeting will be focused on your goals and objectives.
Once a year, your Forum group will hold an all member off-site retreat. This retreat will be designed around our proprietary Strategies for Success program which includes personal and professional development curriculum.  Spouses and significant others invited.
